Meet Our
Team

Courtney Stephen, MOTR/L, CPRCS

Owner/Lead Therapist

Courtney received her inspiration to become an Occupational Therapist while serving in orphanages across the globe. It was during this time that she developed a passion for working with children who had special needs and for empowering lay workers with simple, yet life changing, therapeutic skills that would enhance the growth and development of those they cared for.

Courtney's Story

In 2016, Courtney graduated from the University of Florida’s Occupational Therapy program and spent the first 5 years of her career working in both pediatric and orthopedic (hand therapy) settings. In 2021, she launched Pixel and Play Pediatric Therapy with the belief that every family deserves access to a quality pediatric occupational therapy (OT) experience that is personal and empowering. While the families she serves span a variety of cultural and religious backgrounds, Courtney has a heart for supporting all students and families who desire a Christ-centered education by ensuring they have easy access to the support their child needs to achieve success both academically and in the daily life God has called them to.

Courtney and her husband, Erik reside in Florida with their sons.
